Deviled Eggs topped with Caviar

I used a traditional deviled egg recipe but put a twist on it by adding on Food Networks Classic Deviled Egg recipe here

6 eggs
1 Tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup of mayo
1 tsp white vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp chopped shallots
smoked paprika for garnish
chopped chives for garnish
Keluga for garnish
