Shokupan with Trout Roe

Warmed milk bread, a creamy shmear of mascarpone topped with glowing pearls of trout roe.

Ingredients:
Shokupan or Japanese Milk Bread
Mascarpone 
Fresh Dill
Trout Roe 


Instructions:

Cut up Shokupan into bite sized pieces- round or rectangular

Toast in oven until golden brown 

Spread a healthy amount of mascarpone cheese on toast

Top with a spoonful of Trout Roe

Garnish with fresh Dill
