Make a ring of vodka creme around the lining of your favorite cookie and add Alchemy Ossetra to the middle of the first cookie and then add another another cookie on top to create a cookie sandwich. Read below for our Vodka Creme recipe!

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup chilled heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vodka
• 1 dash of Tabasco Beat cream

Instructions

• Add all ingredients together in a medium bowl and whisk until medium stiff peaks (see photo for reference). 
• Fold in lemon lemon juice, vodka, 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, and 1 dash of Tabasco Continue to whip till stiff peaks
• Pro tip: whipping cream with in a bowl over another bowl with ice, works best!
