- 7 grams Siberian Select Caviar
- 28 grams cheddar cheese
- 2 thinly sliced pieces of wholewheat bread
- Butter or oil for pan
- Yield: Per sandwich
Thinly slice cheddar cheese and arrange evenly on two pieces of bread. warm and grease a saute pan or skillet.
Place both pieces of bread cheese side up on warm pan. Let toast until the cheese begins to melt. Apply caviar to center of of on the halves.
Flip other half on top of caviar sandwiching the caviar between the layer of cheddar and bread. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Remove from heat, cut in half, and enjoy!
