Ingredients
- A bag of your favorite potato chips
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1-2 30g tins of Keluga caviar
- Minced chives
- Dill for show
- Cake piping bag and tip

- Yield: Makes enough for 4 (depending on chip-sized bag)
If potato chips could go to a masquerade ball, we’re certain they’d dress up with caviar and chives.
How to prep:

Open bag of chips

Pipe or spoon a dollop of sour cream on to chip..

Scoop 1/2 teaspoon of caviar on top.

Sprinkle of minced chives.

Finish with a sprig of dill.
