Dress up your chips
If potato chips could go to a masquerade ball, we’re certain they’d dress up with caviar and chives.
How to prep:

Open bag of chips

Pipe or spoon a dollop of sour cream on to chip..

Scoop 1/2 teaspoon of caviar on top.

Sprinkle of minced chives.

Finish with a sprig of dill.
