This recipe makes about five toasts as shown.
- Mix shallots, salt, pepper with the juice of a lime; set aside
- Push avocados through a fine-mesh strainer or just mash with fork
- Gently mix marinated shallots with avocado puree and poppy seeds
- Serve on toasted bread of your choice, rub the bread with garlic clove (and butter) ahead of adding avocado
- Top with PSC Keluga caviar
- Garnish with your favorite herbs or pickled vegetables
