Shokupan or Japanese Milk Bread
Cut up Shokupan into bite sized pieces- round or rectangular
Toast in oven until golden brown
Spread a healthy amount of mascarpone cheese on toast
Top with a spoonful of Trout Roe
Garnish with fresh Dill
