- Decent Baguette
- Gourney Cheese (Boursin w herbs in this case)
- Smoked Salmon
- Olive Oil
- Dried Silk Chili (or cayenne/paprika)
- Keluga and Ossetra Extra Caviar (about 5-10g per crostini)
Heat olive oil in a pan, add thinly sliced baguette, browning on both sides. Add a layer of gourney, then one layer of smoked salmon. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the salmon. Finally, apply a generous scoop of Keluga or Ossetra Extra, and a pinch of Silk Chili. Plate (on Fiesta Ware if you have) and serve.
