  • 12 mini frozen round tart shells, or phyllo dough shells, baked according to package instructions
  • 6 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 2 30g tins of Keluga caviar
  • 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
  • Sliced chives

Skip Valentine’s Day shenanigans and have your friends over for a glass of bubbly and these delicious caviar tarts. Look like you you slaved away in the kitchen, even when you didn’t.

How to prep

  1. Spoon about 1/2 tablespoon of creme fraiche into each baked tart shell.

  2. Spoon Keluga caviar on top of creme fraiche.

  3. Artfully top with radish and chive to serve.

  4. Best enjoyed with friends a glass of bubbly 🥂
