- 12 mini frozen round tart shells, or phyllo dough shells, baked according to package instructions
- 6 tablespoons creme fraiche
- 2 30g tins of Keluga caviar
- 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
- Sliced chives

Skip Valentine’s Day shenanigans and have your friends over for a glass of bubbly and these delicious caviar tarts. Look like you you slaved away in the kitchen, even when you didn’t.
How to prep
Spoon about 1/2 tablespoon of creme fraiche into each baked tart shell.
Spoon Keluga caviar on top of creme fraiche.
Artfully top with radish and chive to serve.
Best enjoyed with friends a glass of bubbly 🥂
