Things to remember before and during the event:

  1. Stay hydrated
  2. Eat
  3. Replenish electrolytes

Tips:

  • Try to drink a glass of water for every drink containing alcohol. This will decrease the risk of dehydration and help reduce hangover.
  • Be sure to include more dense nutrient-rich foods before and during the event.
  • Good fats and protein will help you keep your mind right.

  • Avocado toast
  • Eggs on eggs in the morning with some tortilla chips. 

After the event:

  • Replenish the body with plenty of fluids and electrolytes.
  • Get plenty of rest.
